My Meal and I - you are what you eat!


There is a connection between your predominant meals and you, infact, you are what you eat.
Everyone should eat quality food(balanced daily diets) but the quantity is based on your bodies needs;for instance you dont expect an office manager, a student,receptionist or athlete to eat the same.

Now you get the flow let me give you a general guide:
-Never downplay water, minimum of 8 glasses daily especialy here in the warm tropics of west africa.
-We take so much of Carbs/starch here,try scrambling sea foods,spiecies etc in your soups and take more soup than starch when combined.
-Stop killing your vegetables with heat, dont cook or boil those lovely green leaves,warm them and refregerate to preserve.For soups add them last with the fire off. Most vitamins & mineral molecules cant stand heat.
